The Keystone Oaks School District is seeking caring, dedicated personal care assistants and nurse paraprofessionals to join our Student Services staff for the 2026-2027 school year. Please see below for additional details. 


Nurse Paraprofessionals

  • The salary for paraprofessional nurses is $25.75/hour. Candidates must have a registered nurse license or licensed practical nurse certification. 

  • Job duties include: 

    • Provide first-aid assistance and emergency care in accordance with district policy. 

    • Contact parents/guardians regarding student illness and/or injury. 

    • Supervise sick and/or injured students until parent/guardian arrives. 

    • Assist with school dental and physical exams. 

    • Assist with providing health services to disabled students. 

    • Assist classroom teachers with daily living skills for disabled students as deemed necessary. 

    • Other duties as assigned. 


Personal Care Assistants

  • The salary for personal care assistants is $21.50/hour. 

  • Job duties include: 

    • Assist the assigned student on and off the bus during arrival and dismissal. 

    • Facilitate personal care services as needed. 

    • Assist with supervision of the assigned student during play, recess and recreational activities. 

    • Perform reinforcement instructional services as delegated by the classroom teacher. 

    • Attend training as required, including, but not limited to, CPI, CPR, first aid, dysphasia, ACCESS, and universal precautions. 

    • Accompany the assigned student on field trips or community-based instruction during the school day. 

    • Other duties as assigned. 

  • Personal Care Assistant positions offer:
